2004 Mad Fish Gold Turtle Shiraz

Bright crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Medium body. Liquorice top note, followed by a hint of tar, toasted oak and spice. The palate structure is quite tight – flavours of stewed fruit are followed by tarry back palate flavours. Soft tannins. Smoky, stewed fruit aftertaste.
