Very deep black purple colour with mauve purple hue. The nose displays top notes of inky blackberry and spice followed by notes of liquorice and confectionary. The palate flavour profile is quite dry with chalky tannins. Flavours of spice and stewed fruit emerge. Dry chalky tannins persist. Aftertaste of stewed plum and sour cherry.
