Very deep crimson colour with crimson hue. Perfumed nose of violets and spice, followed by cassis and cedar. The palate flavour profile is tight, with a very distinctive boiled meat taste, which overshadows the fruit, leaving a green flavour behind. Fine dry tannins. Lean aftertaste.
