A nicely balanced Semillon with riper flavours than one normally expects to see from the Hunter. Bright straw colour with waterlike hue. Delicate hay aroma over a touch of toast – The embryonic stages of evolution are apparent. The palate has good weight and mouthfeel with the flavours still being rather delicate at the moment, but will build over time. A hint of citrus emerges on the back palate. Good length and acidity.
