A relatively austere Riesling that needs time to evolve. Brilliant straw colour with pale straw hue. Floral top note, followed by lime and orange blossom. The palate flavours are restrained at this stage, giving the wine a sense of austerity that will dissipate over time. Crisp acidity, with lemon flavour dominant. Long lime aftertaste.
