The pick of the 2004 Leo Buring Rieslings and an outstanding example of Clare Valley Riesling. Brilliant, straw colour with delicate green hue. Lifted top note of lime, followed by spice and orange blossom. The palate has excellent weight and length, with flavours of lime, orange rind, mandarin and pear. Perfectly balanced with crisp acid backbone, followed by a very long aftertaste of ripe pear, lime and mandarin.
