Produced from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
The base wine has been fermented in French oak casks adding complexity to the palate. Excellent creamy pink, salmon mousse. Very fine persistent bead. Palest of salmon pink base wine. Fine, strawberry nose with a hint of yeast lees. Creamy palate texture, with strawberry flavours over spice. Strawberry and yeast lees aftertaste with just a hint of honeycomb.
