A delicate blend of 55% Sauvignon Blanc and 45% Semillon. Very pale straw colour with waterlike hue. Subtle nose of honey, limes, tropical fruit and ripe gooseberry. The palate has good flavours, with ripe gooseberry and tropical fruit emerging, followed by a hint of lime and orange blossom on the back palate. Soft acid finish. Aftertaste of ripe gooseberry and tropical fruit.
