Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Top note of plum, followed by spice, light vanilla, liquorice and cherry. The palate structure is tighter than those of neighbouring wines from Heathcote. Flavours of plum, spice and white pepper emerge. Medium body. Aftertaste of vanilla, cherry and plum.
