Very deep mauve crimson colour with deep mauve hue. The nose displays good varietal character with notes of spice, cherry, plum and strawberry emerging, followed by a liquorice endnote. Mouthfilling palate, with flavours of cherry, plum and liquorice over a ripe strawberry background. Velvet tannins. Cherry, plum aftertaste.
