2004 Geoff Merrill Cabernet Sauvignon

The wine is made from a blend of 51% Coonawarra Cabernet and 49% McLaren Vale Cabernet. The colour of this wine is advancing for a 2004. Medium body with brick red colour and brick red hue. Mint top note, followed by tea leaf, cedar and cigar box. On the palate, flavours of mint and cigar box are overlaid with fine dry chalky tannins. Aftertaste of cedar and cigar box.
