Brilliant crimson colour with mauve hue. Medium body with less weight than the Mornington Peninsula Pinot by Farr. Subtle nose of cherry and spice, followed by a hint of truffle, strawberry jam and cloves. The palate flavour profile is relatively light, with cherry and strawberry flavours followed by a hint of stalk. Velvet smooth tannins. Aftertaste of cherry and strawberry.
