2004 Dyson Wines Grand Privilege Reserve Chardonnay

The Dyson vineyard was planted in 1977 on 16 acres of dry grown vineyard. Dyson’s motto is “Nature does it best.” Brilliant golden yellow colour with straw hue showing bottle age. Top note of honey and toast followed by ripe melon, green tea and yellow peach. Developed palate flavours. Layers of green ginger, melon and peach are followed by a hint of lemon and hazelnut. Aftertaste of spice and hazelnut with a touch of ginger. A fully developed style.
