Bright crimson colour with crimson hue. Medium body. Aroma of stewed fruit on the nose, followed by a hint of liquorice. The palate is quite dry, with chalky tannin structure. Flavours of stewed fruit and sour cherries emerge, with some green vegetal characteristics emerging. Dry sour cherry aftertaste.
