Produced from vines planted in 1981 and 1990 from the original block and Dixon’s Creek.
Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Complex nose of yeast lees, roasted almonds, cashew and toasted oak – showing strong developed aroma with citrus underlay. Full bodied palate, with flavours of citrus, toasted oak and yeast lees dominant, showing a strong flavour profile. Crisp acid finish. A top example of a developed style.
