A refined Victorian Cabernet. Very deep black purple colour with deep purple hue. Superb lifted nose of violets, blackcurrant, cedar and spice, followed by a liquorice allsorts end note. The palate is not as concentrated as the nose heralds. Flavours of cedar and blackcurrant emerge followed by a hint of tea leaf which remains in check. Excellent length. Cedar, blackcurrant aftertaste.
