Brilliant pale gold colour with green hue. Aroma of yeast lees, cashew and biscuit followed by a hint of fig and butterscotch. On the palate, flavours of yeast lees, fig, melon and hazelnut. Clean finish. A well made wine but without the WOW factor that the owners claim the wine to possess.
