2004 Cathcart Ridge Estate Reserve Shiraz

Very deep brick red colour with brick red hue. Developed nose of cedar, earth and stewed fruit, followed by a end note of spice and plum. The fruit is still quite lively on the palate, with flavours of ripe plum, stewed fruit and confectionary emerging over a background of soft tannins and light leather. Aftertaste of spice, leather, confectionary and stewed fruit.
