2004 Cascabel Shiraz

Very deep brick red colour with brick red hue. Top note of stewed fruit, followed by leather cedar and earth, showing a developed flavour profile. Ripe fruit flavours are evident on the palate with ripe plum, cedar, stewed fruit and old leather. Soft tannins. Aftertaste of old leather cedar and spice.
