A refined Shiraz. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of spice followed by a hint of blackberry, black pepper and liquorice allsorts. There is a sense of elegance on the palate, with flavours of vanilla, spice, blackberry and plum emerging. Moderate length. Fine dry, persistent tannins.
