A tightly structured Merlot with assertive tannins. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Lifted nose of cedar, leather and spice followed by a liquorice end note. The palate is short with stewed fruit flavours and dry, chalky tannins persisting into the aftertaste.
