This wine has been partially barrel fermented which has added complexity to the palate. Bright pale straw colour with pale green hue. Delicate grassy nose with hints of yeast lees followed by a herbaceous endnote. On the palate, delicate grassy flavours continue, followed by herbaceous tropical fruit and confectionary back palate flavours. Clean acid finish, followed by a subtle herbaceous, tropical fruit aftertaste.
