Bright straw colour and pale green tinge with water like hue. The nose reveals some barrel ferment character followed by yeast lees, biscuit and cashew, with melon and fig endnotes. The palate has a slightly smoky lees and cashew flavour profile. Soft acid finish. Creamy texture. Aftertaste of yeast lees and toasted oak.
