A Chardonnay that appears to be very formulated in its winemaking. Bright straw colour with delicate green gold hue. Aroma of melon, fig, butterscotch, tropical fruit and spicy cinnamon oak. On the palate, flavours of tropical fruit, butterscotch and cinnamon appear, followed by a touch of citrus. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of tropical fruit, citrus and butterscotch.
