2003 Wirra Wirra Scrubby Rise Sauvignon Blanc Semillon Viognier

10% of this wine has been barrel fermented with the intension of adding complexity to the blend, which is rather unusual. Bright pale straw colour, waterlike. Fresh aromatic nose with aroma of tropical fruit, spice and confectionary, followed by a hint of exotic tropical fruit as an end note. The palate has good weight, with creamy texture – slightly broad. Aftertaste of spice, citrus and tropical fruit.
