An impressive Hunter Semillon, dry and needing time to evolve. Bright pale straw colour with delicate green tinge and water like hue. The nose is very youthful, showing only a small degree of developed character. There is a hint of hay and confectionary over a light gooseberry end note. The palate reflects the nose, with light citrus, confectionary and light hay flavours. Crisp acid backbone. Confectionary aftertaste.
