An excellent crisp example of the variety. Bright pale straw colour. The nose displays the freshness of a young white. Lifted notes of lemon, tropical fruit and unripe passionfruit with hints of lemon. Excellent length – the palate is dominated by lemon and unripe pineapple flavours. Crisp acid finish. Aftertaste of unripe pineapple, lemon and tropical fruit.
