This is an organically grown wine. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of blackberry and spice followed by vanilla, cedar and plum. The palate structure is tight, with fine dry tannins riding over spice, plum and cedar flavours. Aftertaste of cedar, plum, stewed fruit and white pepper.
