2003 Sylvan Springs Cabernet Sauvignon

Medium body, brick red colour with brick red tawny hue, showing considerable development. Top note of cedar, followed by old leather and stewed fruit – a developed wine. The palate also shows bottle development, flavours of cedar, old leather, stewed fruit, spice and prune. Soft tannins. Aftertaste of old leather, cedar and prune.
