A sophisticated wine, showing finesse without the obvious Chardonnay ‘butterscotch spicy oak’ dominance. Bright straw colour. The nose is sophisticated with layers of complexity revealing notes of cashew, hazelnut, yeast lees and semi ripe nectarines. The palate reveals a very controlled use of oak overlaid with white peach, cashew, spice and biscuit. Excellent length and depth. Clean acid finish. Very long aftertaste of spice and cashews.
