The 2003 Stoneleigh Pinot does not have the ripe fruit flavour profile which was evident with the 2002. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of stewed cherry, raspberry, strawberry and spice. The palate flavours are light, with cherry and strawberry emerging. Fine grained tannins. Cherry, strawberry aftertaste.
