This wine has been made from low yielding Shiraz vines cropped at 2.1 tonnes per acre.
Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of spice, liquorice, blackberry and toasted oak. The palate reveals flavours of plums and stewed fruit, followed by vanilla and white pepper. Fine dry, slightly chalky tannins, aftertaste of stewed fruit and plum.
