An excellent Barossa red. Very deep black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Aromas of vanilla, spice and dark chocolate, followed by cedar and a hint of violet, delivering a perfumed sniff. The palate is generous – voluptuous, showing classic Barossa richness. Flavours of black pepper, plum and spice abound. Excellent weight, fine grained tannins, perfectly balanced. Very long aftertaste of plum, spice and blackberry.
