The wine is a blend of 70% Nero d’Avola and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. The colour is a very deep crimson, with deep crimson brick red hue. Aroma of stewed plum, leather, plum jam and just a hint of soy. The palate reveals flavours of stewed fruit, blackcurrants and plum over fine chalky tannin background. Long aftertaste of plum, stewed fruit and cherry, with dry tannins persisting.
