A tight shiraz. Deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of coffee, mocha and spice followed by a touch of liquorice and violet as an end note. The palate reveals flavours of ripe plum, mocha, liquorice and tar. The palate is clunky and does not have great length. Fine, dry, chalky tannins which lingers with the aftertaste.
