2003 Peter Lehmann Shiraz Grenache

A good early drinker, and one of the first red wines to be released for the 2003 Vintage. Bright crimson mauve colour with mauve hue. The wine is relatively light bodied, showing deep translucency. Lifted nose of raspberry, raspberry jube, liquorice and spice. The palate length is relatively short with flavours of liquorice, raspberry, stewed fruit and plum emerging. Slightly inky back palate. Soft tannins. Inky, stewed fruit plum aftertaste.
