Brilliant pale gold colour with straw hue. Lifted nose of lychee followed by loquat and spice showing strong varietal character. The palate has classic Alsatian weight with oily an background showing flavours of lychee and musk followed by loquat and spice. Soft acid finish. Very long aftertaste of lychee, spice and musk.
