An impressive Shiraz from Adelaide Hills. Very deep crimson brick red colour with crimson hue. Aroma of leather and spice, followed by truffle, with earthy end notes. The palate delivers flavours of ripe blackberry and liquorice, followed by spice and earth in the background. Fine grained dry tannins, excellent balance. Aftertaste of ripe plum and stewed fruit.
