2003 Murray Darling Collection Mungo Lunette Viognier

The wine is sourced from grapes grown around Lake Mungo in the heart of the Willandra Lakes System in New South Wales. Winemaker SANDRO MOSELE has used wild yeasts to produce this flavour filled Viognier. Brilliant pale gold colour with straw hue. Exotic nose of ripe tropical fruit and spice. The palate is generous. Full bodied with flavours of tropical fruit, quince paste, pawpaw, ripe pear and ripe apricot. Creamy texture, very long spice aftertaste of apricot, ripe pear, citrus and quince paste.
