Bright straw colour with pale straw hue, relatively light coloured given its age. The nose is showing signs of bottle age, with toasted honey top notes followed by melon and yeast lees. The palate flavours are light with flavours of lees, honey and confectionary emerging. Soft acid finish. Honey and spice aftertaste.
