The Premium White happens to be an unwooded Chardonnay - it would appear that Madfish is endeavouring to minimise the impact of the ABC brigade (Anything But Chardonnay). Brilliant pale straw colour. Aroma of spice, tropical fruit and peach. On the palate, flavours of peach and tropical fruit emerge. Moderate length. Tropical fruit aftertaste – a straightforward Commercial wine.
