The colour saturation is quite low for a Heathcote Shiraz. Medium body, with semi translucent crimson colour with crimson hue. Aroma of spice, plum and vanilla. The palate delivers flavours of plum, vanilla and spice, followed by stewed fruit, blackpepper and spice. Fine dry tannins. Aftertaste of vanilla, stewed fruit and spice.
