2003 Ladbroke Grove Killian Vineyard Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine was matured in French oak hogsheads for 22 months with a total production of 800 cases.

Opaque black brick red colour with deep brick red hue. The nose displays perfumed aromas of blackcurrant, stewed plum, cedar and leather. Medium bodied the palate is still alive and well with flavours of blackcurrant, cedar and spice followed by some leather overtones. Dry finish with very fine grained tannins. Medium to long aftertaste of blackcurrant, cedar, leather and spice.
