(Barrel Sample) A spectacular Shiraz tasted from barrel. Totally black purple colour with deep purple hue. Magnificent nose with a range of exotic ripe berry fruits overlaid with notes of fresh liquorice allsorts, dark chocolate, violets, spice and marzipan. An explosion of palate flavours – totally mouthfilling with loads of ripe fruit, blackberry, dark chocolate, spice and blood plum interlaced with confectionary and quince paste. ‘Super Joosy’ with fine chalky tannin background which is necessary to achieve balance.
