A very impressive example of the blend. Medium body, brick red colour with brick red hue. Perfumed nose with very good varietal lift. Aroma of dark chocolate, raspberry and spice. The palate has plenty of weight, with flavours of dark chocolate, raspberry and spice emerging. Fine grained tannins, dry, which convey a sense of firmness to the wine. Aftertaste of dark chocolate, spice and raspberry infusions.
