Only one barrel of this wine was produced which incorporated a small percentage of Rousanne. Brilliant pale gold colour with straw hue, showing signs of oxidative handling. Aroma of peach and yeast lees, followed by delicate toasted oak and spice. Creamy texture, with dry flavours of biscuit and hazelnut followed by yeast lees. Delicate cashew back palate, with clean acid finish and aftertaste of yeast lees, biscuit and cashew.
