Brilliant straw colour with pale straw hue. Aroma of cashew and biscuit, followed by a hint of butterscotch and yeast lees. The palate reveals flavours resulting from lees contact over a light biscuit and hazelnut background. There is a touch of citrus on the back palate. Spice, lees aftertaste.
