Bright pale straw colour with waterlike hue. Aroma of yeast lees, cashew and hazelnut showing good varietal lift. The palate reveals flavours of peach and melon over a delicately toasted spicy oak background. Creamy texture, with good acid counterpoint – good length with very spicy and very long cinnamon aftertaste.
