A very good example of the blend from Mornington Peninsula. Bright pale straw colour. Aroma of ripe gooseberry, followed by hints of tropical fruit and spice. The palate delivers on the nose with hints of aniseed followed by tropical fruit and gooseberry and a very spicy herbaceous back palate. Excellent palate weight and mouthfeel. Crisp acid backbone followed by a long herbaceous ripe gooseberry and aniseed aftertaste.
