An impressive example of Cotes Du Rhone. Medium body. Bright crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Lifted nose of spice, raspberry and confectionary. The palate delivers excellent weight and mouthfeel, supported by velvet smooth tannins. Flavours of raspberry and liquorice emerge over a black pepper background with just a hint of earthiness evident. Long aftertaste of spice, raspberry and earth.
